What to do if my IDEAL MINI S24 is not working for central heating or hot water?

First, ensure the boiler has power by checking if the green LED (A) is lit and flashing every 4 seconds. If not, contact your installer as it may not be a boiler fault. Next, check the pressure gauge; it should show a minimum of 1 bar. If it's lower, repressurize to 1 bar using the filling loop. If unsure, contact your installer. Turn off the filling loop tap and press the reset button (D) to reset the boiler. If the pressure continues to drop, contact your installer. Finally, check if the lockout signal lamp (E) is lit. If so, press the boiler reset button (D). If the boiler still doesn't fire, contact your installer.
