1 Add the oil, turmeric powder, finely

and chopped onion in a microwave safe
glass bowl, place it in the microwave oven,
select the program and press START.
2 Upon beep, add the beaten egg, pepper,
salt, water and press START. After
cooking, scramble the mixture with the
back of the spoon. Serve hot with roti.
