TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE
Please check the following issues before contacting Customer Services
Problem Probable Cause Solution
Unit will
Not Start
• Check if the power cord is
disconnected
• Check if water tank is full
• Check if the water tank is not
tted correctly
• Check if the louvres are closed
• Plug securely into wall socket
• Empty the water tank
• Ret the water tank correctly
• Open the louvres
Dehumidifying
efciency is low
• Check if the lter is dirty
• Check if the air openings are
blocked
• Check if the “ION” function is
switched on
• Clean the lter as shown in
maintenance
• Remove anything which is
blocking the air openings
• Change the operating mode
Noisy operation
• Check if the unit has been set
up correctly
• Refer to “Unit Set Up”
Dehumidier has
stopped working
• Check if room temperature
is above or below working
temperature of -1°C to 40°C
• Operation will start automatically when
room temperature within correct range
