The unit should be transported in vertical position and properly secured and packed.
2 PROPERTIES OF THE UNIT
2.1. Purpose
“JSCRP” and “J2SCRP” display cases are universal cooling devices, aimed to display and for short-term storage of
confectionery goods (such as cakes, cookies, desserts… etc.) in temperatures between +1ºC and +4ºC with
ambient temperature between +15ºC and +25ºC and relative air humidity not exceeding 55%, depending on the
environment and the location of the unit.
2.2. Description of the unit
“JSCRP” and “J2SCRP” display cases have static cooling. The display case is equipped with automatic condensate
evaporation and automatic defrosting. The electronic thermostat cooperate module to monitor and send signals
when the temperature inside the equipment gets too low or too high. Two levels of white plastic wire shelves are
mounted on the inner frame. The height of the shelves is adjustable. Our equipment is manufactured in
accordance to modern technologies and has all certificates required by law.
