Disposal and environmental protection
Should your tool become unserviceable or if you no
longer require it, do not dispose of it under any circum-
stances in your normal household waste, but rather in an
environmentally friendly manner. Empty the oil and petrol
tank carefully and take the leftover fuel to a collection
point. Please (also) take the tool to a recycling centre,
where the plastic and metal parts can be separated out
and sent for recycling. You can also obtain information
on this by contacting your local authority or city council.
