BOARD DISPLAY
Integrated P.C.B.
Inside the control panel the boiler is equipped with a P.C.B.
with integrated microprocessor for control of the appliance's
electric devices, which, on varying fan speed, takes care of
linear modulation of burner power.
A "DISPLAY BOARD" is connected to the board, which by
means of a viewer indicates the functioning status of the ap-
pliance and by means of keys allows to RESET the boiler and
set, modify, memorise the boiler functioning values.
e integrated P.C.B. is powered with the main switch (S1)
in the ON position.
Operating.
CH request with room thermostat.
e main switch (S1) at ON position powers the integrated
P.C.B. and enables functioning in CH mode.
If the contact of the system pressure switch (S5) is closed
(pressure detected in the primary circuit exceeding the minimum
value), after having obtained consent from the safety thermo-
stat (E4), the ue safety thermostat (E6) and on closure of the
room thermostat contact (S20), the integrated P.C.B. powers
the boiler pump (M1) by means of relay K1.
In the meantime the adjustment circuit powers the fan (M20)
and manages its speed.
If the temperature detected by the NTC ow probe (B1) is
lower than parameter N° 4 "Central Heating ow temperature"
set, the integrated P.C.B. allows to start the ignition cycle.
In ignition mode the fan functions at a speed that is given by
the value set using parameter N° 28 and however between the
maximum and minimum.
When the ame has been detected, the fan speed is taken to
minimum or however, the value set using parameter N° 29
for the duration of a value in seconds set using parameter
N° 30 "Stabilisation time". Successively, the speed is varied
(modulated) in a manner that is directly proportional to the
dierence between the value set using parameter N° 4 "CH
ow temperature" and the temperature detected using the
NTC ow probe (B1).
e burner is switched o on reaching the CH set-point and
the post-ventilation function is activated with duration of 30
seconds. Successively, the CH post-circulation function is
activated for a period of time that can be set using parameter
N° 32.
e re-ignition of the burner for the same request remains
inhibited for a period of time that can be set using parameter
N° 40.
CH request with thermoregulation.
Using the cascade and zone regulator, the functioning request
is managed by the regulator itself, which depending on the
settings made, interacts with the boiler integrated P.C.B. by
means of BUS cables.
