Step 3
1. Screw the left pivoting arm (4L) to the
axle on the handlebar post (2) using
a washer (20) and a hexagonal screw
(21). Only tighten the hexagonal screw
manually.
Fit the right pivoting arm (4R) in the same
way.
2. Screw the left crossbar (3L) to the left
pedal arm (49) using a washer (20), a
wave washer (52) and a bolt (15). Only
tighten the bolt manually.
Fit the right crossbar (3R) in the same
way.
3. Screw the left pivoting arm (4L) and
the left crossbar (3L) together using a
hexagonal screw (26), a washer (47), and
a lock nut (48).
Screw the right pivoting arm (7R) and the
right cross bar (8R) together in the same
way.
Check that all the parts are correctly
positioned. Tighten all connections.
Place caps (35, 45, 29) on screws and nuts
as illustrated.
4. Screw the left footplate (9L) securely to
the left crossbar (3L) using hexagonal
screws (23), washers (24) and lock nuts
(25).
Fit the right footplate (9R) in the same
way.
