  If you encounter a "POWER STAGE" error when starting the Infranor Amplifier, check the AC voltage on the L1 - L2 - L3 inputs of the X9 connector. If the fault occurs during operation, verify the braking system during motor deceleration phases. Also, check the sizing of the braking resistor with regard to the motor deceleration phases and inspect for short-circuits in the motor wiring and at the motor terminals.

  If the Infranor Amplifier shows a "SYSTEM" error, check that the BUS and OK LEDs are synchronously blinking. If they are, load the amplifier firmware via the serial link using the CD1updater software. Also, check for any conducting dust that might be causing short-circuits on the amplifier logic board.

Check that the Motor encoder resolution parameter value is correct. Verify the status of the amplifier logic inputs. Confirm that the encoder provides one marker pulse per motor revolution. Ensure the motor is unloaded and the shaft movement is free during the procedure.
