  A high pressure drop across the dryer can occur for several reasons: * Ensure that the inlet and outlet valves are completely open. If not, open them. * The inlet and outlet filters might be blocked. Change the filter elements. * A stuck compressor relay or contactor can cause this issue. Replace the relay or contactor. * A bad microprocessor control relay can also be the reason. Replace the relay. * Inspect the probe and check readings against an independent source (e.g., temperature analyzer/pyrometer/ice bath) both in the exchanger well and to ambient. If the issue persists, turn the dryer off and consult your local distributor for further assistance.

  Air bleeding from the condensate drain outlet port could be due to debris trapped under the seal or damage to the seal. To resolve this: * Press and hold the test button to clear any debris (this will open the drain valve). * If the problem persists, replace the seal with a Service Kit.

  If the condensate drain isn't firing, consider the following: * Check that the installation follows the manual's guidelines and revise it if needed. * If the inlet/outlet pipe's internal diameter is too small, replace it with larger diameter piping. * Reduce the number of bends and elbows in the inlet/outlet pipe work. * Reconfigure the condensate piping if the outlet pipe is too long or high. * If there's more than one condensate source connected, reroute the condensate to eliminate the secondary path and install check valves as required.

  If the condensate drain bowl doesn't fill and air locking seems to be the issue: * If the bottom inlet is used, ensure the top port is used as an air bleed. * Connect the top inlet to a higher point in the system; this will function as an air bleed for the drain.

  If the condensate drain LED is off, check the power supply. Press the test button for a minimum of 2 seconds and observe. Locate and eliminate any supply fault.
