9.2 Product Repair Service Policies
1. Customers can call our official technical support number 4000-1000-12 for after-sales help, or directly contact the dealers from
whom they bought the products and ask them to facilitate the after-sales service process. For detailed after-sales service policies and

2. After receiving the malfunctioned product from the customer, we will initiate communication with the customer about the
malfunction cause, liability, repair cost, estimated time needed to rectify the malfunction, etc. When no more dissent is left, the repair
process will start.
3. For products that have been repaired by us, within one month after completion of the repair, the product will be covered by our
free-of-charge warranty service.
