Why is my Insignia NS-CF31SS6 Refrigerator not working?

If your Insignia Refrigerator isn't operating, first ensure it is properly plugged into the outlet. Check that the thermostat isn't set to “0”; if it is, turn it to “4”. Also, inspect your house's fuse or circuit breaker box, replacing any blown fuses or resetting tripped breakers. Finally, if there was a power failure, simply wait for the power to be restored.
