What to do if my Insignia Digital Photo Frame doesn't show photos from memory card?

If your Insignia Digital Photo Frame isn't displaying photos from a memory card, ensure the card is a supported format and contains JPEG image files. Power off the frame, then firmly reinsert the card into the slot. Power the device on again. After a few seconds, the first photo should appear. If not, press EXIT to access the Select Card screen, choose your card, and then select Photos to view thumbnails. If problems persist, consider testing with an alternate memory card. Also, be aware that some cameras save images in formats other than JPEG. If your photos are not JPEG files, refer to your camera's manual.
