If your Insignia Digital Photo Frame isn't displaying pictures from a memory device, the device might not be in a supported format, or the files aren't JPEG images. Ensure the memory device uses a supported format and that your files are JPEG images. Also, turn off the frame, ensure the memory device is fully and correctly inserted, and then turn it back on. If problems persist, consider formatting the device, but first back up your files because formatting will erase everything. Some cameras may save images in formats other than JPEG, refer to your camera’s manual for details.
