How to troubleshoot Insignia NS-FDRE67WH8A-C that does not start?
    • J
      James LeeAug 14, 2025
There are several reasons why your Insignia Dryer might not start. First, ensure that the Child Lock is not activated. Then, check that the dryer door is completely closed. If you opened the door during a cycle, press the START/PAUSE button again. Also, verify that the power cord is properly plugged into a working electrical outlet and inspect the circuit breaker and fuses related to your dryer's electrical connection.

Why Insignia NS-FDRE67WH8A-C Dryer does not heat or dry clothes properly?
    • A
      Alan WrightAug 18, 2025
If your Insignia Dryer isn't heating or drying, it might be in the cool-down process, which is normal. Try selecting a cycle other than Air Fluff and ensure the temperature setting isn't set to “no heat.” Avoid overloading the dryer; one wash load should equal one dry load. Separate heavy and lightweight items. For bulky items like blankets, reposition the load for even drying. If the load is too small, add a few towels. Clean the lint filter and exhaust duct. Check the circuit breaker and fuses. Ensure the outside exhaust hood opens and closes freely and that the exhaust system is free of lint buildup. Your exhaust duct should be a 4" rigid metal duct.

What to do if Insignia Dryer shuts off too soon?
    • K
      Kaylee JohnsonAug 21, 2025
If your Insignia Dryer shuts off before clothes are dried, it could be due to the load size. If the load is too small, add more items or a few towels and restart the cycle. If the load is too large, remove some items and restart the cycle.

How to fix wrinkled clothes after using Insignia NS-FDRE67WH8A-C's Wrinkle Prevent?
    • N
      Nicholas LaneAug 25, 2025
If your clothes are still wrinkled after using the Wrinkle Prevent setting on your Insignia Dryer, try using smaller loads of one to four items. If the dryer load is too large, items cannot tumble freely, so load fewer items. Make sure the items in the dryer load are similar types of items.

    Jeremiah GonzalezAug 27, 2025
Why are clothes unevenly dried in my Insignia Dryer?
    • J
      Joseph WarrenAug 27, 2025
Seams, pockets, and other heavy areas may not be completely dry when the rest of the load has reached the selected dryness level. This is normal. Also, if you dry one heavy item with a lightweight load, the heavy item may not be completely dry.

    Daniel DurhamAug 30, 2025
Why is my Insignia Dryer so noisy?
    • D
      David BlackAug 31, 2025
If your Insignia Dryer is noisy, it might be normal humming due to air velocity. Check the load for objects like coins or broken zippers and remove them. Also, ensure your dryer is level.

How to prevent lint on clothes in Insignia Dryer?
    • M
      matthew16Sep 3, 2025
If you see lint on your clothing after drying in your Insignia Dryer, make sure to check pockets thoroughly before washing and drying clothes. Clean the lint filter before every cycle, especially after loads that produce high amounts of lint. Separate lint producers (like cotton towels) from lint trappers (like linen pants). For larger loads, divide them into smaller loads for drying.

    Jeffery GutierrezSep 7, 2025
Why does my Insignia NS-FDRE67WH8A-C smell odd?
    • L
      latashaphillipsSep 7, 2025
If your Insignia Dryer has an odd odor, it's likely drawing air from the surrounding room. Household odors from things like paint or strong cleaners can enter the dryer. Ventilate the room completely before using the dryer to resolve this issue.

    Beth FrazierSep 10, 2025
What to do if odor remains in clothing even after washing and drying in Insignia NS-FDRE67WH8A-C Dryer?
    • S
      Samantha ColeSep 10, 2025
Fabrics containing strong odors should be rewashed utilizing desired wash cycle.
