If the water from your InSinkErator Water Dispenser is too hot or not hot enough, the thermostat may not be adjusted to your needs. Adjust the thermostat slowly, then depress or twist the tap handle for 20 seconds to bring in fresh water to be heated at the new setting. Allow 5-7 minutes for the water to reach the new temperature.

      Tiffany CooperAug 16, 2025
The InSinkErator Water Dispenser may not be heating because it is not properly plugged into a functioning, earthed electrical outlet. Check that the circuit breaker or fuses are working and that the outlet is switched on.

      angelalewisAug 27, 2025
Constant dripping from the spout or vent of your InSinkErator Water Dispenser indicates debris in the water line, which may be in the tap valve seat, causing a slow leak. Try unscrewing the spout end piece and cleaning out any debris. Then, depress or twist the lever 7-10 times to flush the tap and lines.

What to do if InSinkErator Water Dispenser water is dripping from the spout/vent intermittently?
    • E
      Erin WalkerAug 31, 2025
If your InSinkErator Water Dispenser is dripping intermittently from the spout or vent, it could be due to the expansion chamber not draining properly because of low water pressure, or the spout is blocked. Unplug the unit. If the dripping doesn't stop after a few minutes, check the supply valve to ensure it is fully open and that there are no obstructions in the water line reducing the pressure below 172 kPa (1.7 bar; 25 psi), such as a poorly mounted saddle valve, a clogged water filter, or a partially opened shut-off valve. Also, unscrew the spout end piece and clean out any debris.

    • M
      Mercedes LeonSep 4, 2025
A divided stream from your InSinkErator Water Dispenser is caused by debris in the end piece. Unscrew the spout end piece and clean out any debris.

Why InSinkErator F-H3300C Water Dispenser water has discoloration/rusty appearance?

      Ryan NelsonSep 8, 2025
