3. Additional presses of the Menu key for no longer than 1 second will advance you through the menu until exiting
to Radio mode. A short key beep tone is generated at each key press.
4. Menu mode exits to standby mode when the Menu key is pressed while the final menu selection is active.
5. Menu mode will automatically time out to standby mode 10 seconds after the last user program key is pressed.
6. Menu mode can be also automatically exit by shortly pressing the PTT or Call key.
Changing the Channels
Your radio has 8 PMR channels + 69 LPD channels, you can use any channel to talk to others. To choose a
channel, please procede as follows :
1. Press the Power/Menu key for at least one second. The channel number on the LCD display will blink.
2. Press the Up or Down key to reach a higher or a lower channel. Pressing and holding the Up or Down key, the
channel selection will move quicker.
3. To confirm the selection and exit the Menu Mode, press PTT or Call key.
