7. FAST FORWARD SWITCH (

Pressing this switch activates Fast Forward mode. Use this button during playback for forward AMS
operation (see page 15).
8. FORWARD PLAY SWITCH (

Pressing this switch activates Forward Play mode. The “

” indicator lights, and the tape plays in a forward
direction.
9. STOP SWITCH (■ )
Press this switch to stop the tape.
10. REVERSE PLAY SWITCH (

Pressing this switch activates Reverse Play mode. The “

” indicator lights, and the tape plays in a reverse
direction.
11. REWIND SWITCH (

)
Pressing this switch activates Fast Rewind mode. Use this button during playback for reverse AMS operation
(see page 15).
12. PAUSE SWITCH ( I I )
Pressing this switch in PLAY or REC mode will pause the tape, this is shown as follows: “PAU” and it will blink
on the display.
13. REC SWITCH (● )
Pressing this switch will place the unit in Record Pause mode. Pressing PLAY subsequent to pressing the REC
switch will begin recording.
14. HIGH-SPEED DUB SWITCH
Pressing this switch will activate high-speed dubbing mode. Pressing the STOP switch on Deck A or Deck B
will stop the unit. (See page 15)
15. NORMAL SPEED DUB SWITCH
Pressing this switch will activate normal-speed dubbing mode.
