18.3.2 Laying the Cables
§ With PoE power supply, lay the 8-wire network cable in such a way that a loop is formed at the top and
strain relief is provided below.
§ With external power supply, install the additional cable to the left of the network cable.
Use a flexible patch cable! Feed the cable through a cable duct or an empty tube to
the place of installation. If possible, also install an appliance case behind the spacer. This way, you can
variably adjust the cable length to facilitate inserting the RJ45 connector. It would be beneficial if you could
start the installation by connecting the patch cable to the PoE terminal board.
With an external power supply, use a flexible control line of the type Flex JZ 3 x 0.75 mm².
