Overview

The Interpack Model USA 2024-SB is a uniform semi-automatic case sealer designed for packaging operations. It is engineered to provide years of trouble-free operation, utilizing high-quality components and manufactured with precision.

Function Description:

The USA 2024-SB is a semi-automatic case sealer that applies pressure-sensitive tape to the top and bottom center seam of regular slotted corrugated cartons (RSC). It can also process other style cases; however, consultation with the factory is recommended for such applications. The machine is manually adjustable to accommodate a range of carton sizes, and its reversible operator controls facilitate adaptation to existing conveyor lines. An operator is required to feed cases into the machine.

      • Maximum Length: Infinite
      • Maximum Width: 20" (508mm)
      • Maximum Height: 24" (610mm)
    • Case Processing Stability: For optimal performance, cases should be stable. Unstable cases may tilt and jam. If the box length (in direction of seal) to box height ratio is .75 or less, test runs are recommended.
  • Machine Weight: 560 lbs. (254 kg) crated.

Usage Features:

  • Safety Safeguards: The machine is equipped with numerous safety labels and features. Operators are warned about sharp cutting blades, moving equipment, and hazardous voltage.
