  If your filter isn’t pumping water or the flow is very slow, try the following: Clear any obstructions in the intake hose by discharging it inside the pool wall. Ensure the hose clamps are tight, check the hoses for damage, and verify the pool water level. Replace the cartridge, or clean it more often. Install the nozzle at the upper position of the pool inlet, and the strainer at the lower position of the pool outlet. Also, make sure the pool inlet air adaptor is connected to the pool inlet upper fitting.

  If the Pool Inlet Air Adaptor or Air Jet Valve is leaking, try tightening or reinstalling the hose clamps. Ensure the air jet valve is tight and facing up. Plug in the pump and run it for a few seconds, then unplug it; repeat this process three times. You can also remove the air jet valve, flush out any dirt with water, and replace the valve. If the problem persists, replace the air jet valve with a new one.
