Why is my Intex SimpleSpa SB-B20 Hot Tub household circuit breaker tripped?
    • S
      Stephanie TylerAug 19, 2025
Your Intex Hot Tub's household circuit breaker might be tripping because the circuit breaker is under rated, overloaded, or there is an electrical fault in the line. What to do if my Intex Hot Tub is not heating properly?
    • P
      Patricia HansenAug 21, 2025
If your Intex Hot Tub is not heating properly, it could be due to several reasons: the temperature is set too low, the filter cartridge is dirty, or the water temperature is decreasing during heater standby mode. Try increasing the temperature and attaching the spa cover. Clean or replace the filter cartridge in time. If the heater is in standby mode, press the flame button twice to heat up the water to the set temperature. If the issue persists, contact Intex Service Center.

What to do if the air bubbles are not as strong as before in Intex SimpleSpa SB-B20 Hot Tub?
    • J
      Jose WilliamsAug 25, 2025
If the air bubbles in your Intex Hot Tub are not as strong as before, it could be due to a missing O-ring between the control base air outlet and spa tub air inlet connections, an air connection nut that is not securely tight, a broken or leaking air bubble channel passage inside the tub, or air blower failure. Ensure the O-ring is in place. Finger tighten all nuts. Use a repair patch to repair any puncture. If the problem persists, contact Intex Service Center.

    • A
      allenbrandonSep 4, 2025
If there's a leak between the spa tub connectors and the control unit connectors of your Intex Hot Tub, it might be because the spa control base inlet/outlet connections are not securely tight or the O-ring is missing or dirty. Tighten the inlet and outlet connections. Coat the O-ring with petroleum jelly for a waterproof seal. Remove the grid from inside the spa with a screwdriver to ensure the inlet/outlet O-ring is in place, clean, and not damaged.

If the filtration pump of your Intex Hot Tub is not working, it may be due to a dirty filter cartridge, clogged filtration inlet and/or outlet, or a failed filter pump motor. Clean or replace the filter cartridge in time. Check and clean the filtration inlet and outlet regularly. If the problem persists, contact Intex Service Center.

    • R
      rogersjohnSep 8, 2025
If your Intex Hot Tub is too noisy in filtration mode only, it could be because the control base components are not securely attached, the control base ground is not level and firm, or the spa filter motor has failed. Ensure the control panel, back cover, and all inlet/outlet are securely connected. Ensure the ground is level, firm, and smooth. Replace the failed filter motor with a new one.
