Safety Inspection Checklists
Initially
 Ensurethatthemaximumwatersupplytemperaturedoesnotexceed115°F.
 Ensurethatthemaximumwaterpressuredoesnotexceed65PSI.
 Verifythewaterflowtemperaturewithaseparatethermometer.
 Visuallyinspectforcracksinthetubsurface.
 Ensurethatthedoorhandlelocksthedoorclosed.
 Ensurethatthesafetypinproperlyengagesthedoor.
 Checkthatalllabelsarepresentandlegible.Replaceifnecessary.
Before Each Use
 Disinfectthetub.
 Ensurethatthemaximumwatersupplytemperaturedoesnotexceed115°F.
 Ensurethatthemaximumwaterpressuredoesnotexceed65PSI.
 Visuallyinspectforcracksinthetubsurface.
 Ensurethatthedoorhandlelocksthedoorclosed.
 Ensurethatthesafetypinproperlyengages
