uncontrollableandthewheelchairmaystop
suddenly,whichcanleadtoacollisionortoyou
fallingout.

moving.

Ifthewheelchairisrapidlydeceleratedbyan
assistantpullingatthepushhandles,theuser
mayfalloutofthewheelchair .

–Operatethetwobrakessimultaneouslyanddo

alsobeusedasaparkingbrake.
1.Tobrake,pullthebrakeleverAonthepushhandle.
2.Topark,pullthebrakeleverrmlyuntilthesafetylever
Bengages.
3.Torelease,pullthebrakeleverandreleasethesafety
leverunderneaththebrakelever .
