8.7 Disengaging/Engaging the Wheel locks
Engaging
1. Push handle forward away from tire to engage wheel lock.
2. Repeat STEP 1 for opposite wheel.
Disengaging
1. Pull handle back toward tire to disengage wheel lock.
2. Repeat STEP 1 for opposite wheel.

WARNING
DO NOT use the wheel locks when the wheelchair power is on and the clutches are engaged - otherwise damage to the
wheelchair may result.

For this procedure, refer to FIGURE13.
Use the wheel locks whenever the clutches are disengaged and the wheelchair is being pushed.
