ontherearfacetocarefullyloosenitfromtheaxle.
Whenreinstalling,tightenlocknutto30Nm.

1.Removevalvecap.
2.Deatetirebypressinginthecentervalvepin.
CAUTION!
Riskofexplosion
Thewheelexplodesiftheairpressurehas
notbeenreleasedfromthewheelbeforethe
wheelrimisremoved.
–Alwaysletalltheairoutofthetirebefore
removingtherim.
3.Loosenandremove4screws(1).
4.Removebothwheelrimhalvesoutoftireandremove
innertube.
5.Repairinnertubeandretinwheel,orreplaceitwith
newinnertube.
Iftheoldinnertubehasbeenrepairedandistobe
usedagain,andbecamewetduringrepair,itiseasier
toreplaceitifitislightlydustedwithtalcumpowder
beforehand.
6.Retwheelrimpartsfromoutsideintotire.
7.Pumpuptirelightly.
8.Reinsertnutsandboltswhichholdthewheelrim
togetherandtightenfully.
9.Makesurethattireisproperlylocatedonwheelrim.
10.Inatetireuptorecommendedtirepressure.
11.Checktomakesurethattireisstilllocatedproperlyon
wheelrim.
12.Screwvalvecapbackon.
13.Locatewheelondriveshaftagain.
14.Applyhandbrakeandholdittheretocenterbrake.
15.Tightenwheellocknutwithhandbrakeapplied.
CAUTION!
Riskofinjuryfromwheelscomingloose
Ifwheelsareinsufcientlysecuredduring
mounting,theycancomeloosewhendriving.
–Whenmountingwheels,tightenboltswith
30Nm.
–Neverusenormalnutsinsteadof
self-lockingnuts.
–Alwaysusenewboltswithanundamaged
coating.
