Parametersinthewheelchairowner’smanual
1. Ensurethelegsoftheliftwiththe
patientintheslingareintheopen
position.
2. Movethewheelchairintoposition.

3. Engagetherearwheellocksofthe
wheelchairtopreventmovementofthe
wheelchair.RefertoDetail“B”.
 WARNING
DO NOT place the patient in the
wheelchair if the locks are not engaged.
The wheelchair wheel locks MUST be in
a locked position before lowering the
patient into the wheelchair for
transport. Otherwise, injury may result.
4. Positionthepatientoverthe
wheelchair.
5. Lowerthepatientintothewheelchair.

6. Unhooktheslingfromallattachment
pointsonthelift.RefertoDetail“D”.
7. Instructpatienttolifttheirfeetoffthe
footplate.Assistthepatientif
necessary.
8. Removetheslingfromaroundthe
patient.
9. Pulltheliftawayfromthewheelchair.
