13. Position the rubber spacer and the front bumper
so that the mounting holes in the rubber spacer
and the front bumper align with the mounting
holes in the front shroud assembly.
14. Secure the rubber spacer and the front bumper
to the front shroud assembly using the two (2)
screws, spring washers and washers. Securely
tighten.
