Under the Invicta Vibrators EC Declaration of Incorporation, an Invicta rotary out of balance electric vibrator
must not be put into service until the machinery into which it is to be incorporated has been declared in
conformity with the provisions of The Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008 (SI 2008/1597). Sound
pressure readings should be supplied by the manufacturer or supplier responsible for the machinery into which
the vibrator is incorporated.
