board is not good

3. Empty the motor load.

Keypad
communication error
The keypad is not in good
connection or offline;
The keypad cable is too long
and there is strong interference;
Part of the communication
circuits of the keypad or main
board have fault.
Check the keypad cable and and
ensure it is normal;
Check the environment and
eliminate the interference
source;
Change hardware and ask for
maintenance service.
