When terminals are used for acceleration/ 
deceleration time selection, the four groups of 
acceleration/deceleration time are selected 
based on the states of Acceleration/deceleration 
time selection terminal 1 (21) and 
Acceleration/deceleration time selection terminal 
2 (22). 
The function code is used to set the polarity of 
the input terminals. 
Set the bit to 0, the input terminal is anode.   
Set the bit to 1, the input terminal is cathode.
