What to do if I can't connect my audio device to my ION Aquaboom™ X Speakers via Bluetooth?

If you're having trouble connecting your audio device to your ION Aquaboom™ X speakers via Bluetooth, try the following steps: * Ensure your audio device and the Aquaboom™ X are as close as possible during the connection attempt. * Disconnect the Aquaboom™ X from other audio devices by pressing the Bluetooth button and restarting the search. * Reset the Bluetooth connection on your audio device by turning Bluetooth off and then back on. * Unpair or forget the Aquaboom™ X in your audio device's Bluetooth menu (usually found under the 'gear' or 'i' icon next to the device). * Turn the Aquaboom™ X off and on again, then try pairing once it reappears in the available devices list.
