If the hand controller can’t display the correct date and time, most likely the battery is installed
wrong, or power is low and needs be replaced.
2.6. Bench Testing the Mount
Plug in the power and hand controller and turn the power on. Now you can bench test the mount
manually.
There are two stoppers to prevent the mount head slew over +/-180 in RA due to internal cable
management system. Please do not try to slew pass the stopper when you hear the grinding sound. It may
damage the stoppers.
