3. Controller undershoong set level: 1) Check for proper valve
posions and leaks in chlorine lines, or 2) Increase dosing me
if using med feed, or switch to connuous feed if using a salt
chlorine generator.
4. Chemical dose me too low: Increase the dose me.
5. Chemical feeder is empty: Rell the feeder.
6. Chemical check valve/injector is clogged: Switch acid feed tube
to chlorine injector to clean, or replace them.
7. Chemical feed pump or squeeze tube malfuncon: Repair the
feed pump or replace the squeeze tube. A squeeze tube will
last 3-6 months for commercial properes and 6-12 months for
residenal properes.
8. Sensor malfuncon: Replace sensor.
D. Chlorine/Bromine level too high or Alert LED On
1. pH should be at your desired set level before addressing any
potenal ORP problems.
2. ORP Set level is too high: Check Sanizer level with test kit and
adjust as necessary.
3. Controller overshoong set level: Lower dosing me, or switch
from connuous feed to med feed.
4. Problem with chlorine supply: 1) Verify that the chlorine feeder
is not empty, or 2) Verify that the solenoid valve on the feeder
is not stuck open.
5. Sensor p is dirty: Clean according to maintenance
instrucons.

1. No power supply: Check circuit breaker and/or controller fuse
protecng the transformer.
