Machine Start-Up Procedures

Startup Safety Warnings

Machine parts may move on startup. Avoid placing hands inside. Heaters get very hot.

Initial Checks

Confirm the weighing table and wrapping area are clear before starting operation.

Powering On the Machine

Activate the main power switch to begin the startup sequence.

Preparing for Wrapping

Press RETURN to set to original position and pull down the seal heater guard.

Film Changing Procedure

Film Loading Safety Warning

Ensure correct film orientation. Press EMERGENCY SWITCH before starting film change.

Step 1: Emergency Stop Activation

Press the EMERGENCY SWITCH to halt machine operations for safety.

Step 2: Accessing Film Rollers

Open the film cover to gain access to the film loading area.

Step 3: Loading the Film Roll

Place the new film roll onto the designated rollers, ensuring correct unwinding direction.

Step 4: Adjusting Front Film Guide

Align film with roller and adjust the front guide to lightly touch the film core, then secure.

Step 5: Adjusting Rear Film Guide

Adjust the rear guide to have a small 2mm gap with the film core, then secure.

Step 6: Threading Film Behind Arm

Raise the film loading arm, thread the film behind it, and pull approximately 150mm past.

Step 7: Lowering Arm and Closing Cover

Lower the film loading arm, fold excess film inside, and close the film cover.

Step 8: Releasing Emergency Switch

Release the EMERGENCY SWITCH after completing the film loading steps.

Step 9: Initiating Film Feed

Check weight, enter PLU, press PLU, then press FILM FEED to advance the film.

Step 10: Second Emergency Switch Press

Press the EMERGENCY SWITCH again after the film feed operation.

Step 11: Film Removal

Remove the film from the machine as instructed.

Step 12: Final Emergency Switch Release

Release the EMERGENCY SWITCH one last time.

Tray Programming Configuration

Tray Master File Setup

Each tray requires setup with dimensions, description, and weight in the master file.

Volume Setting for Product Height

Set VOLUME to 3:HIGH if product volume exceeds 50mm to avoid operational issues.

Accessing Programming Mode

Navigate to PROGRAM > TRAY to enter programming mode. This may be password protected.

Creating or Editing Trays

Key in tray number and PLU to create/edit. Press ENTER to confirm or CANCEL to exit.

Tray Name Customization

Use the EDIT function and numeric keys to program the tray name.

Tray Data Copying

Copy an existing tray's data by entering its number and pressing the COPY key.
