The period of cover relating to the warranty in condition 1.0 above is as

8.0 Save where the Goods are sold to a person dealing as a consumer
(within the meaning of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977) all warranties
conditions or other terms implied by law or custom are excluded to the
fullest extent permitted by law.
9.0 HMI shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect or
consequentialloss,lossofprots,lossofsavings,lossofbusinessorloss
of contract. HMI’s liability whether in contract, tort (including negligence),
breach of statutory duty or otherwise shall not exceed the price of the
Goods in respect of which any claim arises PROVIDED THAT nothing in these
Conditions shall restrict or exclude HMI’s liability for death or personal injury
caused by its negligence.
