Important Safety Instructions

Wear approved safety glasses with permanently attached, rigid side shields to prevent eye injuries.

Compressed Air Requirements

Use clean, dry, regulated compressed air at 70-90 psi. Do not exceed 200 psi.

Disconnecting the Tool

Disconnect tool from air supply before disassembly, maintenance, or clearing jams.

Specifications

Brad Nailer Capabilities

Shoots industry standard 18 gauge brad nails in sizes from 15 mm (5/8") to 50 mm (2").

Air Consumption

Air consumption is 2-4 cfm / 57-113 litres per min at 414-621 kPa / 60-90 psi.

Tool Features

Includes quick-release nose piece, padded hand grip, and adjustable exhaust deflector.

Setup and Operation

Air System Setup

Operate on clean, dry, regulated air (60-100 psi). Recommended system includes filter, regulator, and oiler.

Connecting the Tool

Turn compressor on, set regulator pressure, then connect tool to air supply. Ensure tool is pointed away from users.

Loading Fasteners

Disconnect tool from air supply, release magazine, load fasteners, and re-secure magazine.

Operating the Tool

Test fire to set depth. Hold tool perpendicular, press drive guide, squeeze trigger.

Maintenance

Daily Maintenance Checks

Wipe tool clean, inspect for wear/damage, check trigger/safety mechanism, and tighten screws.

Lubrication

Add 2 drops of air tool oil to inlet at start of day and after 1 hour of use. Use only air tool oil.

Troubleshooting

Air Leaks

Check O-rings, trigger valve head, stem, or seals for damage or leaks.

Fastener Driving Issues

Address issues like driving too deep, skipping fasteners, jamming, or not driving tight.
