Why is my Jabra Enhance Select 50R Hearing Aid whistling?

  If your Jabra Hearing Aid produces feedback or a whistling sound, first ensure the dome is correctly inserted in your ear. If the volume is too high, reduce it. If you are holding an object close to the hearing aid, move your hand away to create more space. If the receiver wire is broken or your ear is full of wax, contact Jabra Enhance for a replacement or visit your doctor, respectively.

  If your Jabra Hearing Aid has no sound, ensure it is turned on and contains a good battery. Replace the battery if needed. Clean the hearing aids and change the wax filters if they are clogged. If the receiver wire is broken, contact Jabra Enhance for a replacement. If your ear is full of wax, visit your doctor.

  If the battery of your Jabra Hearing Aid drains very quickly, always turn off your hearing aid when you are not using it, for example, at night. Also, check the battery packaging to ensure the battery is not old. Note that batteries will run out faster when you use wireless functions.
