剪线标准调节方法 Adjustment Method of Trimming Standard
• 针杆运转反向 Reverse needle bar operations
• 旋梭运转反向 Reverse Hook operation
• 旋梭分线点 Hook distribution point
• 机针中心线 center line of the needle
• 旋梭分线点距离机针中心线5mm左右 the distance between hook distribution point and the center line of
the needle is about 5mm.
• 剪线凸轮固定螺丝 Trimming CAM retaining screw
• 剪线驱动滚珠 trimming drive ball
• 动刀启动点 moving knife start point
• 调整方法：1. 调整剪线时间之前，必须先调整好针杆高度，旋梭勾线时间，停车位。2. 当旋梭分线点位
于如图所示离机针中心线5MM时，调整剪线凸轮至恰好启动动刀剪线的位置。Adjustment method: 1.
Before we adjust the trimmer time, must adjust the height of the needle bar, the time when hook catch thread,
and the machine stop position. 2.when the distance between hook distribution point and the center line of
the needle is about 5mm, adjust the CAM to just start moving knife cut line position.
• 调整说明：动刀分线时，勿使旋梭脱线，且旋梭进线量尽量放大，这样剪线后残留的线头会稍长。
Adjustment: the moving knife distribute the thread, do not make the hook off thread, and hook into the thread
volume amplification as far as possible, so the thrum of the residue after trimming will be slightly longer.
