What causes water leakage from Jacuzzi Control Panel pump unions?

  If you notice water leaking from the pump unions of your Jacuzzi Control Panel, loosen the unions, then check and reseat the O-ring. If the O-ring is pinched or misshapen, it should be replaced. When tightening the union nuts, only hand-tighten them.
