3.12 JLAN/JLAN1 Jumper
These jumper are prepare for LAN function, when the jumper #pin 1-2 be shorted, JLAN/
JAN1 can normal work; if #pin 2-3 be shorted, it will disabled LAN function and JLAN/JLAN1
cannot work.
3.13 JUSB2 Jumper
This Jumper is prepare for USB function, while be shorted #pin 1-2, there will be support
+5V; #pin2-3 be shorted, there will be support 5V standby.
