Failure to file this warranty registration with Jayco will not affect your rights under
this limited warranty as long as you can present proof of purchase, but it can
cause delays in obtaining the benefits of this limited warranty, and it may inhibit
any servicing facilities’ ability to provide proper repairs and/or part replacement.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
It is your responsibility to perform proper care and maintenance of the RV, and to
assure correct load distribution. For details regarding this, please see your Jayco
owner’s manual and the owner’s manuals of the chassis manufacturer and other
component part manufacturers. These outline various care and maintenance that
is required to maintain your RV. Please review all manuals supplied with the RV,
and contact Jayco or the supplier of the component part if you have questions.
Note: failure to maintain the RV as noted in those manuals voids this limited
warranty, and any damage to the RV as a result of your failure to perform such
care, is not covered by this limited warranty.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY
ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
