at all connections soon after the purchase of your vehicle, and after the initial lling of the
propane tanks.
Continued periodic checks of the propane system at 5,000 miles of travel (or at least once
a year) by a qualied propane service representative as part of your normal maintenance is
recommended. Hand tighten the LP gas system valves only, do not use a wrench or pliers as
over tightening may damage the valve seals and cause them to leak.
      


The following label should be kept permanently axed to the motor home:

Propane is a true gas compressed into a liquid form. As the fuel is released from the con-
tainer, it changes to vapor which is then used for the operation of the appliances. Propane
will not run through the appliances in the liquid state.
A permanently mounted A.S.M.E. approved propane container is located under the oor of
the motor home.
    

Propane expands 1½ percent for every ten degrees of increase in temperature. It is impera-
tive to leave sucient space inside the container to allow for natural expansion of gas during
warmer weather.


