g. Amount of Hydraulic Oil squeezed out by each ram.
1. To check the amount of hydraulic fluid squeezed out
by each ram rod, check the oil ring state after moving
the rod 100 metres, wipe all the rods and confirm
there are no scratches. Refer to the service text for
the No. of reciprocations to accomplish the distance.
2. Measure the width of the oil ring on each ram rod to
see if it is within specifications.
This completes the measurement procedure for the
Performance Evaluation.
