Unfold sheet and cover carrying case foam
with protective sheet as a soil barrier.
Wipe endoscope lightly with alcohol wipe.
Carefully place endoscope into carrying case.
Fold protective sheet over several times to fully enclose
endoscope.
Include note stating: “Bio-Hazard - Not disinfected”
along with a description of the problem and contact
information.
Return to JEDMED for service.
A protective plastic sheet is supplied for
return of soiled exible endoscopes.

Normally, all scopes should be cleaned, disinfected and dried before returning to JEDMED for service.
If the scope fails leak testing and cannot be immersed, please follow directions below.
