l Service should only be performed by a qualied technician.
Contact JEDMED for further information.
l Only authorized personnel and original repair parts are to be used for service
of this instrument.
l Any attempt to disassemble the instrument by unauthorized personnel will void
product warranty.
l Model and serial number are required when requesting service or replacement parts.
l Before returning to JEDMED for service, instrument must be cleaned, disinfected
and labelled accordingly. If scope has failed leak testing and cannot be immersed
for cleaning, see next page for returning a soiled scope.
l Scope may be damaged if shipped incorrectly. Refer to page 19 for transporting
information.

Always remove all electrical accessories before cleaning,
disinfecting, maintenance or service.
