and mark off
exact length.

Cut off inner and
outer guard
tubes.
3. Shorten inner
and outer
telescopic
sections to
same extent as
guard tubes.
4. De-
burr tubes
and remove
chips.
Guards
Attach safety chain
loosely. Pay
attention to swivel
range.
Provide for
adequate shielding
on tractor and
implement.
Work with fully
guarded
shafts only!
Lubrication
Apply grease to
inside of outer
telescopic
section.
Swing joint
sideways for
greasing.
Frequency of lubrication Grease before putting into operation
When used in
winter, the guard
tubes must be
greased to
prevent them
from freezing
solid!
