Bushing Taper Lock
Mount the pulley
Unmount the pulley
Make sure that all
surfaces are clean and
free from grease. Put
the kone into the pulley
and rotate to match the
holes. Screw in the
screws loosely.
Put the pulley on the
shaft, push it to the
correct position and
fasten the screws tight
and even.
Remove screws and
insert one of them into
the hole with the half
thread. When you fasten
this screw the kone will
losen.
Remove the loose
pulley manually without
using a hammer and
without breaking any
part of the machine.
