Why is my Jensen JiMS-185i not charging my iPod/iPhone?

If your Jensen Docking Station isn't charging your iPod/iPhone, it could be due to improper installation. Remove your iPod/iPhone from the dock, inspect the connectors on both the dock and your device for any obstructions, and then reseat it firmly.
