Check for obstructions preventing wheel rotation, and if found, unplug the tool and clear the wheels. An undersized extension cord can cause this issue, so ensure you're using the correct size. Finally, inspect the cord or plug for damaged insulation and shorted wires, and check all motor connections for looseness, shorts, or worn insulation.
