The JFA Eletrônicos warranty period is 3 (three) months legal warranty 9
(nine) months warranty granted by JFA Eletrônicos, totaling 1 (one) year
warranty. The warranty is against manufacturing defects and is valid from the
date of sale to the nal consumer. The consumer must send the appliance to the
Technical Assistance Department, accompanied by the warranty certicate, the
label with the product's barcode and the invoice, which must be on the outside
of the packaging. The consumer is entirely responsible for sending the goods
and the costs of shipping them.
According to the Consumer Protection Code, products found to be
defective can be exchanged within a maximum of 7 (seven) days. To do so, the
consumer should contact the point of sale where the product was purchased.
After this period, JFA will provide technical assistance services through the
nearest authorized service center .
JFA Electronics assumes responsibility for warranty against manufacturing
defects, however, they are not repaired:
1. Damage caused by natural phenomena;
2.Misuse or use not in accordance with the installation and use manual;
3. Damage caused by connection to a mains supply with a voltage other
than that specied or excessive uctuations;
4. Damage caused by falling or any other type of accident;
5. Products that show signs of violation of the warranty seal, adjustments
or modications made by persons not authorized by JFA Eletrônicos.
